A: Yes, via the owners portal you will see the lease agreement. As
your property manager we will sign a lease on your behalf.

A: Placing the most qualified residents in your property is a primary goal with each vacancy.
We process all applications with a careful eye for detail. We obtain credit and
eviction reports on each applicant, contact current and previous landlords for
rental references, and verify current employment and income through a two-point process.

A: We do not process rent checks, therefore require all residents to establish direct deposits.

A: Our set-up process generally takes 2 weeks to complete from initial
contact and property assessment through granting access to your online
